Terms of service

Effective October 18, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Iterelle, Inc. ("we", "us") for your use of the app and this website. By using the app, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

Using the app

The app is for adults. You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, and in any case at least 18. Use the app only for lawful purposes, and only on Apple devices you own or control. Don't try to disrupt, reverse engineer, copy or resell the app, and don't use it to harass anyone or to break the law.

Not medical advice

The app is a planning and tracking tool. It isn't a medical device or medical care, and it doesn't diagnose or give medical advice about nicotine dependence or any other condition. Its plans and notes are general guidance drawn from what people who quit describe, not advice for your situation. Talk to a doctor or pharmacist about nicotine replacement and before changing anything about your health, and see a doctor about any symptom that worries you. If you're in crisis, call or text 988 in the US.

Subscriptions and the free trial

Most of the app is free. Plus is an auto-renewing subscription bought through Apple's App Store. The price and billing period are shown before you buy.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms. We can't issue refunds ourselves. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where these terms and Apple's agreement differ, Apple's agreement controls for the parts that are Apple's to set.

Your data

What you log in the app is yours, and it stays on your iPhone and Apple Watch. We don't have it and can't restore it for you if your phone is lost or the app is deleted.

Our app

The app, its name, design, code and content belong to Iterelle, Inc. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by Apple's usage rules. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.

Apple

These terms are between you and Iterelle, Inc., not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the extent allowed by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app. Apple isn't responsible for any claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that it fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, consumer protection claims or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm that you aren't located in a country subject to a US government embargo and aren't on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that using it will lead to any particular result, including quitting.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Iterelle, Inc. isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data or lost profits, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

Ending your use

You can stop using the app at any time by cancelling your subscription, if you have one, and deleting the app. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the app.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms.
